ECOD-FLEX 80 is a high solvating Dibenzoate plasticizer.It has been widely used in adhesive industry.Its main component is DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL DIBENZOATE (CAS NO.:27138-31-4) and DIETHYLENE GLYCOL DIBENZOATE(CAS NO.:120-55-8).As a replacement for phthalate plasticizers recommended by the European Chemical Agency(ECHA),it has been used for many years in a wide variety of applications,including latex adhesives,caulks,PS sealants,PVC resilient flooring, paints and coatings(as coalescents),etc..

Appearance:transparent oily liquid,free of particulate impurities.
Assay(Benzoic esters):99.0% min.
Acidity(calculated as Benzoic Acid):0.1% max.
Color(APHA):80 max.
Moisture:0.1% max.
Hydroxyl No.:13 max.
Applications
Used in latex adhesives and caulks
Hot melt adhesives
In the packaging industry for carton sealing, forming, for book binding and labeling,
In textiles, for fibers as well as non-woven fabrics
In construction – to form decorative wall panels, window frames, and other products as well in the production of mastics and caulking compounds and other applications such as furniture, luggage, shoes, and in cigarette tipping.

• A – Side
– Polysulphide polymer
– Plasticizer，Dibenzoates DPGDB(Ecod-flex 342) or
DPGDB&DEGDB(Ecod-flex 80)
– Filler (s)
– Silane adhesion promoter
• B – Side
– Plasticizer(Ecod-flex 342/80), carrier for crosslinker
– - metal oxide
– Pigment
– Catalyst to accelerate cure
– Carbon black
